Our sense of smell is connected to the region of the brain that controls memories, emotions and hormones. That makes the method of inhaling aromatherapy oils very powerful.  Aromatherapy inhalers are a great way to utilize essential oils for various benefits and studies have shown that inhaling essential oils can help on an emotional level, as well as a physical level, plus you don't have to worry about how the oils may affect others around you. Think 5-5-5 when using nasal inhaler. Count to 5 while inhaling in, count to 5 while holding breath, count to 5 while exhaling. May repeat 2-3 times as needed.
